With your doctor you will also discuss and decide what type of implant, saline or silicone gel, that you want, and what size, shape, profile and texture you want. You need to do your research before you go talk with your doctor so that you can have an idea of what you want and don’t have to rely totally on what they say. A few more choices you will have to make are incision site and placement of the implant.

Also, you need to arrange for someone to drive you to and from the surgery and to stay with your the first 72 hours just to be safe. Be sure to eat quite a bit of protein the weeks prior to your surgery and after your surgery to help with the healing process.

It is also helpful to set up your home with many comfortable recovery areas that provide everything you might need so that you won’t have to move around a lot the first two weeks. Preparing and freezing meals for a few weeks or arranging for someone to bring your meals over would also be beneficial. You do not want to do anything that could strain your surgical site. After the surgery your breast enlargement you will want to wear loose fitting clothing that is easy to get on and remove. Follow your physicians orders on medication, food and liquid to avoid any complications.
